PCIe3.0/4.0 high speed cable tester

MFCT-PCIe4R uses flexible adapter design to accommodate different types of cables, such as 40 Lanes PCIe4.0, 8I SlimSAS4, USB4. System automatically self-configures depending on the type of the adapter used. Use of the adapters avoids additional RF cables and associated signal degradation.

Key Features:
MFCT-PCIe4R is powerful cable tester. It has many features to facilitate high-throughput industrial testing. These include:
l More than 40 high speed data lanes(1.25-28.05Gbps) are tested in parallel
l Interchangeable adapters plug in the Motherboard, without complex RF cable connections
l BER test for each lanes
l Low speed channels pass through test
l Fast eye monitor, including eye mask compliance and eye mask margin tests.
l Software can be run in either Production mode or Engineering mode.
- Production mode provides simple interface, ease of control, pass/fail/marginal result at the end of the Production Sequence.
- Engineering mode allows full tester configuration and production test sequence configuration based on the testing requirements
l Adapter life cycle alarm
l Test cable quantity count at each shift
l Test results and test configurations can be stored in the centralized database
l User-configurable test report
Function extension option:
